The Bartolini Oil Mill, the first oil press in the Recanati countryside, was founded in 1948 in the valley of the river Potenza. Still today the area is brimming with top quality olive trees and with the famous Sargani, large strong trees that bear the oldest and tastiest fruit. As soon as the olives have been hand-picked and carefully selected, they are brought to the press where they undergo an attentive traditional process which leads to the making of Bartolini Extra Virgin Olive Oil: a product of excellence with particularly good organoleptic properties |
